  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ペースポードヒータ内の吐出口に通じる温風路内に設け
    られてその温風路内温度が所定の作動温共に上昇するヒ
    ータ部を稼動停止させる温度過昇防止器と、　　　　− 前記吐出口を全開にする位置および全開にする位置の間
    を揺動しかつ全閉方向に閉り勝手にして設けられたダン
    パと、 前記ダンパと係合してダンパを全開位置に保持するとと
    もに温風路内温度が所定の作動温度に上昇するとダンパ
    との保合を解くバイメタル式係合金具とを有し、 前記バイメタル式係合金具の作動温度が前記温度過昇防
    止器の作動温度より低いことを特徴とするペースポード
    ヒータ用温度過昇防止装置。
