It is possible to efficiently dispose of waste tires from automobiles, etc., which generate a large amount of waste, and also to save energy by recycling the waste tires.
The aim is to recover it at low cost and without pollution.

There's not enough about it. Attempts have been made to use some of them directly as roadbed material for road construction or as fishing reefs, but once used, these materials are durable and can be used to absorb the accumulated amount year after year. Conventional methods such as freeze-shredding and pyrolysis, which are not the best way to use waste as recycled resources, require large-scale equipment and machinery. The investment amount was large and it was not easily available to the general public.

Open the iron door (al, (a)'), throw in the scrap tires individually or cut into several pieces for large size tires, and first ignite. Typically, one stick is added every 1 to 2 minutes, so that 2 to 3 sticks are burning in the furnace at all times.

By closing the flow port shutters (c) and ((), the inside of the furnace becomes a dry distillation state. This allows the temperature inside the furnace to be easily lowered, and the combustion gas Emissions can also be suppressed. Wire materials and residual adhesion-resistant carbides present in waste tires can be ejected whenever the iron doors (a) and (a)' are opened.

The inside of the furnace burns in an almost sealed state, so it is easy to maintain and adjust the temperature.Furthermore, the inner wall of the furnace material that is in contact with it becomes porcelain due to the combustion inside the furnace, increasing its strength and fire resistance. It also has sufficient resistance to gas pressure and chemical corrosion. .

装置。[Scope of Claims] / Waste tires and the like are continuously fed into an incinerator with upper and lower walls constructed from sandstone or the like and incinerated, and a smoker body is led out and connected to it through a smoke port provided at the upper part of the wall surface. A method of incinerating waste tires and collecting recycled materials, which is characterized by collecting carbide etc. through a duct, and on the other hand, extracting and collecting a solvent and a fuel solution out of the furnace through an inclined bottom wall. ! , A combustion chamber is set up inside using sandstone materials to form the top and bottom walls around the four circumferences, an opening and closing opening for loading waste tires, etc. is provided on the front wall, a smoke port is installed on the other wall, and the bottom wall faces toward the loading opening. A device that incinerates waste tires and collects recycled materials, such as an incinerator that is connected to the flow path opening that connects to the outside as an inclined surface, and has a transparent plate installed with a space between it and the bottom wall. 3. An apparatus for incinerating waste tires and recovering recycled materials as claimed in claim 2, which has an opening/closing shutter at the smoke port and the flow path opening. Hiroshi: An apparatus for incinerating waste tires and the like and collecting recycled materials as claimed in claim 2, wherein a duct is attached to the smoke port and a carbide collection bag is attached to the duct. A patent in which two or more incinerators are installed adjacently in parallel on one side, and similar incinerators are installed symmetrically in parallel on the other side, and a central flue is provided in the center of the incinerators so that they are connected and integrated. Claim 2.
A device that incinerates waste tires and collects recycled materials as described in Section 6.4.
