Claims (1)
- 電界効果トランジスタのドレイン・ソース間のインピー
ダンスをゲート電圧によって可変する可変インピーダン
ス回路において、前記電界効果トランジスタのソースと
アースとの間に抵抗を挿入し、前記電界効果トランジス
タのドレインに電流源を接続するか、または前記電界効
果トランジスタのソースにソースが接続されかつ前記電
界効果−トランジスタのゲートにゲートが接続された他
の電界効果トランジスタのドレインに電流源を接続して
なることを特徴とする可変インピーダンス回路。
