    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 酸素と反応して起電力を生じる素子を備え、酸素濃度を
    電気信号に変換するヒータ内蔵酸素センサにおいて、素
    子を収納したホルダの基端にリード線を被覆する耐熱材
    料からなる可撓性キャップを設け、このキャップに放熱
    用通気路を設けたことを特徴とする酸素センサ。
