    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内燃機関の雰囲気温度の上昇に応じて通路面積が増大す
    る第１の開閉弁を介して大気を吸気系に導入する高温時
    再始動性改善装置において、廁記大気導入系路内の任意
    位置の通路を少なくとも２系路に分割してなる常閉通路
    ならびに一閉通路と、該開閉通路をクランキング時にの
    み開く第２の開閉弁とを具備することを特徴とする内燃
    機関の高温時再始動性改善装置。
