Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案はたばこ、と１と、なすのような土付苗をその
大きさに応じ垂直状態を保って下方の植付装置に供給す
る移植機である。
図面第１図および第２図に示す実施例についてこの考案
を説明すると、１は土付苗の収容筒で、その底板２はそ
の一側を開閉自在に蝶着する。
２ａはその蝶着部を示す。
そして収容筒１内に入れた土付苗は底板２を開いて図示
しない下方の植付装置に落下供給する。
３は収容筒に相似でそれより小さい中子で、弾性を有す
る合成樹脂板又は金属板で構成すると共に縦方向に間隙
４を形成するとよい。
従って中子３はその弾性に抗して縮少し収容筒１内に挿
入するときは中子３は復元して不動状態に収容筒の内壁
に密着する。
しかして収容筒１内、に入れる土付苗が小さいと、第３
図に示すように苗Ａは傾くので、底板２が開くと傾いた
１ま落下し植付装置に正確に供給できず、苗は傾いたｉ
ｔ植付けられる。
この考案においては苗が小さい場合は中子３を収容筒１
内に挿入すると収容筒の内空が縮少する。
このようにすると第２図に示すように小さな苗は垂直状
態を保って底板２上に安定するので底板２が開らくと苗
は植付装置に垂直に供給でき、そして植付装置により苗
は正しく垂直状態に植付けられる。
このように本考案においては中子を収容筒内に挿入する
ことにより小さな苗でも底板が開放すると垂直状態を保
って植付装置に正確に供給できるという効果を生ずる。

第１図はこの考案の分解斜視図、第２図は使用状態の縦
断正面図、第３図は中子を使用しないで小さな苗を入れ
た収容筒の縦断正面図。 １は収容筒、２は底板、３は中子。

  1. 開閉自在の底板を有する収容筒内にそれより小さい中子
    を着脱自在に挿入して成る移植機。
