Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、ＰＯＦ、ＰＧＦケーブルのように金属シース
を持たない油浸紙ケーブルをドラム巻きで輸送保管する
ためのドラムで外部からの吸湿を防ぐため乾燥ガスの封
入可能な気密性を有するドラムに関するものであり、高
い気密性を有し、組立、解体の容易な防湿、気密ドラム
を提供することを目的とする。
本考案の構成を、実施例を示す図面を参照して説明する
。
図において、１は鍔、２は胴であり、鍔１には段３が設
けられている。
中段３は鍔１の内側全周に亙って設けられており、端部
には外傷防止リング４が設けられ防湿シート５が巻付け
られる。
防湿シート５の巻始めには、橋板６を鍔１間に設は粘着
テープ１０によって橋板６と防湿シート５とを固定する
。
防湿シート５の巻終わりには押え板７を設け、橋板６と
押え板７とを締付はボルト８で締め付ける。
中段３上に位置する防湿シート５は、その上から押えバ
ンド９によって押えられている。
１１は小割板であり、１２はこれを押えるための鋼帯で
ある。
巻回された防湿シート５の各層間には粘着テープを介在
して気密性を向上させてもよいが、締付ボルト８によっ
て押え板７と橋板６とが締付けられているので、必ずし
も粘着テープは必要ではない。
なお橋板６は複数設けてもよい。本考案の簡易気密ドラ
ムであれば、構成、組立てが簡単なので短時間で作業が
でき安価であり、中段の端部に外傷防止リングが設けら
れているので防湿シートを傷つけることがなく、締付は
ボルトと押えバンドの利用によって気密性が確保できる
。

・・・・締付はボルト、９：押えバンド、１０：粘着テ

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 鍔１と胴２とを有する簡易気密ドラムにおいて、鍔１に
    は全周に亙って中段３が設けられており、中段３の端部
    には外傷防止リング４が設けられており、鍔１間には橋
    板６が渡されており、前記中段３の周囲に沿って橋板６
    の外側に防湿シート５が巻回されており、防湿シート５
    の外側の橋板６に対応する位置には押え板７が設けられ
    ており、防湿シート５を挾んで橋板６と押え板７とが締
    付ボルト８によって締付けられており、中段３上に位置
    する防湿シート５は押えバンド９によって緊縛されてい
    ることを特徴とする簡易気密ドラム。
