Claims (1)
- 一方が閉じられたシリンダと、該シリンダにシール部材
を介して伸縮自在に嵌め合わされたヒートパイプと、前
記シリンダの内部に封入された熱、媒体、該熱媒体を加
熱する加熱手段とでなり、前記ヒートパイプから外部へ
の放熱によって前記熱媒体を冷却するようにしたことを
特徴とするシリンダ装置。
