    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 多数の発光素子を画素として有する表示パネルブロック
    と、各発光素子の点滅を制御する制御回路を構成する電
    子部品等を実装するプリント基板ブロックとを重層配置
    してなる表示装置において、前記表示パネルブロックは
    、フィルタ、反射枠、発光素子をボンディングしたフレ
    キシブルプリント基板、反り防止が施されたガラスエポ
    キシ基板の順に積層構成され、そしてプリント基板ブロ
    ックにおける制御回路との電気的接続が該フレキシブル
    プリント基板によって行われることを特徴とする表示装
    置ユニット。
