Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 原料投入口と製品取出口とを有する魚槽が回転可能
の攪拌羽根と蒸気供給部のある蒸釜と攪拌兼押出用のス
クリュウを含む材料押出室とからなる蒸練機において、
前記攪拌羽根の回転軸方向に向けてジェット流で噴射す
る蒸気噴出口を蒸釜の下方部に設けると共に、前記攪拌
羽根のほぼ中間位置で外壁から中央部に至る位置に多数
の蒸気吹込孔を設けた蒸気噴霧管を備えたことを特徴と
する蒸練機。 ２ 前記蒸気噴出口が、高温の蒸気ジェット流を蒸釜内
に噴出するものであって蒸釜外壁に等角度に対向配備し
たものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の蒸練
機。 ３ 前記蒸気噴出口が、前記蒸釜の上下方向位置に複数
段設けたものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は
第２項記載の蒸練機。 ４ 前記蒸気噴出口が、前記蒸気吹込孔のある蒸気噴霧
管を中間に位置して上下部位で略水平状に複数配置され
ている電のである実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の
蒸練機。 ５ 前記蒸釜が、底部を逆円錐形のロート胴部に形成し
たものであって、該ロート胴部を魚槽本体と分割可能に
構成したものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項又は
第４項記載の蒸練機。 ６ 前記攪拌羽根が、回転軸に複数段放射状に設けられ
たものであって、該回転軸中間部位以降で、且つ前記ロ
ート胴部位まで備えられている− ものである実用新案
登録請求の範囲第５項記載の蒸練機。 ７ 前記材料押出室が、蒸釜底部に連通配備されている
ものであって、該室に蒸気噴出口を有しているものであ
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第５項又は第６項記載の蒸練
機。 ８ 前記スクリュウが、前記攪拌羽根のある回転軸の駆
動装置とは別途の専用駆動装置に伝動機構を介して連絡
されているものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第５項、
第６項又は第７項記載の蒸練機。
