蒸し料理を行っている状態を示す一部断面正面図である
。 なお図中同一符号は同一部分を示し、１は熱板、２はシ
ーズヒータ、９は蓋、１１は焼き具（仕切枠）、ＩＩＡ
は蒸し板装置用段部、１２は調理室、１３は断熱室、１
５は蒸し板である。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）裏面にヒータを設けた熱板と、この熱板の上面を
    塞ぐ蓋と、上記熱板と蓋との間に形成される空間部に、
    その空間部を調理室と断熱室とに区画す不よう着脱自在
    に設けられる仕切枠とを備え、上記仕切枠の所定高さ位
    置に蒸し仮載置部を形成すると共にこの載置部に蒸し板
    を載置してなるホットプレート。
  2. （２）仕切枠が、両端が開放された筒状を成すと共に、
    その仕切枠が、仕切枠の周囲に環状の断熱室が形成され
    るよう設けられることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載のホットプレート。
  3. （３）　　蒸し板が、着脱自在に載置されていることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記
    載のホットプレート。
