Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は軒樋の構造の改良に関するものである。
従来より軒樋体内に落葉等のごみの浸入を防止するため
軒樋体の上面の開口に網を張っていた。
このため屋根からの雨水が網に当って飛散するという欠
点があり、しかも網上に落葉等のごみがたまると一層雨
水が飛散して樋の役目を果さなくなるという欠点があっ
た。
本考案は叙述の点に鑑みてなされたものであって、本考
案の目的とするところは屋根から落ちるごみを外植部に
溜めると共にごみのない雨水を内樋部を介して排水でき
て従来のように雨水の飛散のない軒樋を提供するにある
。
以下本考案を詳細に説明する。
本考案軒樋は軒樋体１の中央部に通水性の網状体２を長
手方向の略全長にわたって立設して網状体２にて軒樋体
１を内樋部３と外植部４に分割し、外植部４を屋外側に
した軒樋体１を軒下５に取着して網状体２を屋根６の軒
先側端縁の下方に位置させたものである。
つまり軒樋体１内を網状体２にて外植部４と内樋部３と
に仕切り、屋根６からの雨水を外植部４に落し、ごみ９
を外植部４にためてごみのない雨水を内樋部３から排水
するようにして従来の欠点を解決したものである。
次に本考案を実施例によりさらに具体的に説明する。
軒樋体１は上部が開口した断面略Ｕ状をしていて塩化ビ
ニル樹脂のような合成樹脂からなっており、軒樋体１の
両側上端には長手方向の全長にわたって耳部７が突設さ
れている。
軒樋体１内面の中央部には長手方向の略全長にわたって
横長な略方形状をした通水性の網状体２が立設されてい
て網状体２の上端は耳部７よりやや下方に位置しており
、軒樋体１は網状体２にて内樋部３と外植部４に分割さ
れている。
しかして軒樋体１を軒下５に施工するに当って、外植部
４を屋外側にした軒樋体１を軒下５に隔設した止具８に
て固定し、網状体２を屋根６の軒先側端縁の下部に位置
させる。
いま、雨が降ると、屋根６に散在していた落葉や木枝の
ようなごみ９は雨水と共に屋根６を流下して屋根６の表
面下端から外植部４に落下する。
雨水と共に外植部４に流下したごみ９は網状体２に遮ぎ
られて外植部４に溜り、雨水のみが網状体２を通過して
内樋部３に流入し、網状体２でごみ９を除去された雨水
は内樋部３を流れて集水器に至り、集水器から縦樋に排
出される。
上記の実施例にあっては軒樋体１を合成樹脂にて形成し
たので、外植部４にごみ９が溜ったり又は雪が積もれば
、ごみ９や雪の自重により外植部４は外側に傾き、ごみ
９や雪は外植部４から下方に自然落下するので軒樋体１
の掃除が容易である。
本考案は上述したように軒樋体の中央部に通水性の網状
体を長手方向の略全長にわたって立設して網状体にて軒
樋体を内樋部と外植部に分割し、外植部を屋外側にした
軒樋体を軒下に取着して網状体を屋根の軒先側端縁の下
方に位置させたので、屋根に散在していたごみを含んだ
雨水を屋根から外植部に流入させる（この際屋根の軒先
端縁の下方に網状体があっても雨水の流れ落ちる流速に
て外植部内に落ちる）ことができると共に網状体でごみ
を除去した雨水のみを外植部から内樋部にスムースに排
出させることがで゛きるもので゛あって、ごみを除去し
てスムースに排出できる上、屋根から落ちる雨水が従来
のように飛散する虞れのないものであり、また雨水と共
に軒樋体に流入したごみは軒樋体の屋外側に位置する外
植部に溜るからごみを取出しやすいもので゛ある。

断面図、第３図は同上の軒樋体の斜視図であり、１は軒
樋体、２は網状体、３は内樋部、４は外植部、５は軒下
、６は屋根である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 軒樋体の中央部に通水性の網状体を長手方向の略全長に
    わたって立設して網状体にて軒樋体を内樋部と外植部に
    分割し、外植部を屋外側にした軒樋体を軒下に取着して
    網状体を屋根の軒先側端縁の下方に位置させて戒る軒樋
    。
