[Detailed description of the invention] This invention adjusts the width of opening frames used for internal entrances and exits of prefabricated houses, closet frames, etc., depending on the thickness of the finishing material for partition walls, etc. placed adjacent to the opening frames. This invention relates to a flexible opening frame that can be freely adjusted.

For this reason, it is extremely difficult to make the dimension between the finished surface of the finishing material 3 and the decorative surface of the opening frame 1 constant, that is, the scattering dimension, and as shown in the example, scattering a in the direction A and scattering in the direction B. It was not possible to make the side splinters b of the same size, resulting in an unattractive appearance.

Therefore, it is necessary to prepare many types of opening frames with different widths, but preparing many types of frames is very costly, so at present, even if the scattering dimensions in the A direction and the B direction are the same, Even if it is different, it is left as is.

The present invention improves the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional method, and allows the width of the opening frame to be adjusted telescopically, and this retractable width can be easily absorbed by using a doorstop at a low cost, and the width of the opening frame can be adjusted easily and at low cost. The purpose of this project is to provide a flexible opening frame that can always maintain a constant scattering and maintain a good appearance regardless of variations in the thickness of the finishing material. A vertical frame member of an opening frame is arranged on the end face of the wall panel, and the vertical frame members are two separate pieces.
In the case where a doorstop material is interposed and fixed between each vertically divided frame material, both of the vertically divided frame materials have a substantially rectangular shape with a substantially common cross section, and each The back side of the backing plate is approximately connected to the abutment surface between the back sides of the partition wall panel joining surfaces of both vertical frame members, and is arranged with a fixed amount of scattering relative to the partition wall panel. A backing plate is fixed in the form of a bridge so that they are located on the same plane, and both of the vertical frame members are connected to each other, and further, both of the vertical frame members are fixed to the partition wall panel side via the backing plate. It is in the point where it is.

This connection using the backing plate 11 is performed in advance before construction, but at this time, there is a gap between the decorative surface of the vertical frame material 10a on the A direction side and the surface of the finishing material 7 of the partition wall panel 5 on the same side. Between the vertical frame members 10 a and 10 b such that the scatter a, the decorative surface of the vertical frame member 10 b on the B direction side, and the scatter a between the surfaces of the finishing material 8 on the same side have the same dimensions. They are connected by a backing plate 11 in order to maintain the interval of , and the required width of the opening frame is obtained.

In this way, the opening frame 9 is installed between the rear partition wall panels 5 and 5 configured to have the required width, and the hole 13 previously drilled in the center of the backing plate 11 is inserted into the hole 13 between the vertical frame members 10a and 10b. By driving screws 14 or nails, the partition wall panel 5 is joined to the wooden frame 6, and the scattering a on the A-direction side and the scattering a on the B-direction side can be made the same.

Note that the backing plate 11 that connects the vertically intermediate portion between the vertically divided frame members 10 a and 10 b may be made of a flat steel plate as shown in the figure, and the upper and lower end backing plates 11 may be L-shaped. What is necessary is to use one formed in a cross section.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, if several types of spacing lines 17 are attached to the backing plate 11 in advance according to the thickness of the finishing materials 7 and 8 of the partition wall panel 5, this one backing plate 11 can be used for various types of work. The effect is that it is possible to easily create connections at predetermined intervals depending on the thickness of the finished material.

The present invention is constructed as in the above embodiment, and the vertical bar 10 of the opening frame 9 is vertically divided into two parts, so that the finishing material 7 on one side of the adjacent partition wall panel 5 and the finishing material 7 on the other side Even if the finishing materials 8 have different thicknesses, the width of the opening frame 9 can be adjusted to expand or contract according to the thickness of the finishing materials, and the opening frame has a good appearance with the same size of scattering on both sides. It can be settled.

Furthermore, since the expansion/contraction width of the flexible opening frame 9 is absorbed by using the door stop material 15, which is indispensable to the opening frame, it is extremely simple and economical, and the appearance is different from that of a conventional integral opening frame. There is no difference between the two, and it is possible to create a beautiful design.

As described above, the present invention is capable of keeping the scattering on both sides the same without being affected by variations in the thickness of the finishing material of adjacent walls, giving it a good appearance. It is possible to achieve excellent effects by using economical and rational construction.

In addition, in the present invention, both the vertical frame members 10 a and 10 b of the vertical frame members 10 made into a set of two are configured to have a substantially rectangular cross section and a substantially common cross-sectional shape. As is obvious, it is possible to use the same small frame material for both, and since both do not have complex structures such as embedded types, processing from raw materials is easy and production is possible with less material loss. can do.

In addition, since the structure is such that a backing plate 11 is fixed across the frame between both vertically divided frame members 10a and 10b and fixed to the partition wall panel 5 side via this, a protrusion is provided on the partition wall panel 5 side to fix it. It can be fixed with a simple structure without the need for a special structure.

In addition, since the back side of the backing plate 11 is located on the same plane as the panel joint surface and fixes both the vertical frame members 10a and 10b in a bridge shape, the vertical frame members 10 are assembled as a set of two. Even if the amount of scattering was freely changed according to the customer's preference, the connection with the partition wall panel 5 could be made uniform and orderly.
