- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ■ 可撓性、電気絶縁性を有する基材１の裏面に、導電
性塗膜２を形成し、この塗膜２の裏面に粘着層３を形成
しである導電性粘着膜材。 ■ 前記基材１がポリエチレン製である実用新案登録請
求の範囲第０項に記載の導電性粘着膜材。 ■ 前記導電性塗膜２は比抵抗的１０００ΩＧないし約
