Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はパツキンに係る。
燃料タンクのキャップや変速機のギヤーボックス用注油
栓等は工具を用いず、手により必要に応じ繰返えし取付
は取外しを行う必要がある。
しかるにこれらのキャップや注油枠等には機器内部の燃
料や潤滑油が漏出しないようにするためパツキンを使用
している。
従来のパツキンは液密性について特に問題はないが、キ
ャップや栓を本体から取外すとき、パツキンがこれら本
体又はキャップや栓に粘着しているため、取外しにくい
欠点がある。
すなわちキャップや栓の締付トルクに比較して緩めトル
クが増大している。
本考案の目的は前述の従来の欠点を解決し、パツキンの
非粘着性を向上させ、キャップや栓を締付ける場合と同
程度に緩めることができるようなパツキンを提供するこ
とである。
添付図面について説明する。
第１図においてキャップ３が燃料タンクの注油口１０を
覆い、パツキン１を燃料タンクの本体２とそのキャップ
３との間に挟持させている。
図面によれば前記キャップ３は通気孔４を備えたブリー
ザキャップであり、またパツキン１は通気孔５を備えて
いる。
なお前記パツキン１には必要に応じフィルター６を詰め
ることがある。
前記パツキン１のフランジ部７が本体２とキャップ３と
の間に挾持されている。
このフランジ部の上面又は下面又は両面に第２図に示す
ようなローレット８が形成されている。
これらローレット８の存在によって、本体２並びにキャ
ップ３の挟持面に対するパツキン１のフランジ部表面の
接触面積が少なく、従って非粘着性が増大し、もってキ
ャップ３の取外しを容易に行うことができると共に、燃
料タンク本体２内の油類が外部へ漏出するのを防止する
ことができる。
前述のローレットはパツキンの挟持表面上に形成するの
で連続した突起であることが油類の漏洩防止上必要であ
り、前記ローレットは網目ローレットが好適である。

第１図は本考案のパツキンを燃料タンクの本体とキャッ
プとの間に挟持させた状態を示す側部断面図、第２図は
挟持表面に網目ローレットを形成した本考案のパツキン

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 機器本体２と、前記本体の注油口１０を覆う通気孔４を
    有するキャップ３との間にて挟持する通気孔５を備えた
    パツキン１において、該パツキンの挟持表面の一面又両
    面に網目ローレットを形成したことを特徴とするパツキ
    ン。
