Claims (1)
- 一鏡簡の中間にしぼり機構を有し、一端に受光素子他端
に被測定体の光半導体の取付部を備えた光出力測定器に
おいて、着脱可能とした該取付部に光軸と直交する平面
上にＸおよびＹの２軸位置調整機構を備えてなり、しぼ
りを可変とする機構を備えて被測定体について任意の開
口数における光出力を測定することを特徴とする光半導
体の光出力測定器。
