Conventional hot water storage type water heaters, for example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5027947, heat water by heating a heating element installed below the hot water storage tank, and utilize the expansion of water to cool it and the difference in specific gravity of hot water. However, it is difficult to heat the area below the heating element, and once the hot water in the tank is used, it takes a long time to obtain hot water at the appropriate temperature. The drawback was that it required time.

The purpose of this invention is to eliminate these drawbacks, and a long straight heating pipe with a heating element inserted in it is removably installed in the hot water storage tank on a vertical line corresponding to the water inlet. The device is characterized in that through holes are formed in the upper and lower parts of the peripheral wall, and the lower end closed surface thereof faces the water supply port with a predetermined gap. A hot water storage tank having a hot water supply port 2 at the bottom and a water supply port 3 at the bottom; 4 a hot water pipe having one end connected to the hot water supply port 2 of the hot water storage tank and the other end communicating with the atmosphere; 5 a hot water pipe having one end connected to the water supply port 3 of the hot water storage tank 1; A water supply pipe 6, which is connected and whose other end communicates with a water source, is provided on a vertical line corresponding to the water supply port 3 in the hot water storage tank 1, and its lower end closed surface 7 faces the water supply port 3 with a predetermined gap. It is a long straight heating pipe, and has a plurality of through holes 11 in the upper part of the side wall and a plurality of through holes 12 in the lower part of the side wall, and communicates with the upper and lower parts of the hot water storage tank 1.

) After filling the hot water storage tank 1 with water, when electricity is applied to the heating element 13, the small amount of water in the gap between the heating element and the heating vibro provided around its outer periphery is mainly heated and rapidly reaches a high temperature. The water becomes water and rises inside the heating vibro and is sequentially sent to the top of the hot water storage tank 1 from the through hole 11 opened at the top of the heating vibro. The cold water at the bottom of the hot water storage tank 1 is sucked in from the hot water storage tank 1, and convection occurs inside the hot water storage tank as shown by the arrows in the figure. Since water is extremely light compared to low-temperature water, it is difficult for water to circulate up and down inside the hot water storage tank 1, and is stored in layers from the top to the bottom. If the heating element 13 is continuously energized, the high-temperature water at the top of the hot water storage tank 1 will increase. When all the water in the hot water storage tank 1 reaches a predetermined final temperature, a temperature regulator (not shown) provided at the bottom of the hot water storage tank 1 is heated.

) when the valve is opened, water is slowly supplied to the bottom of the hot water storage tank 1 by the lower end closing surface 7 of the heating pipe located directly above the water supply port 3, pushing the high temperature water with low specific gravity in the hot water storage tank 1 to the top. , hot water can be drawn from the hot water supply pipe 4 via the hot water supply port 2.

When calcium and other deposits are precipitated on the surfaces of the heating element 13 and the heating vibro to prevent water circulation, the heating vibro and the heating element 13 are taken out by screwing and the precipitates can be easily removed. Can be removed.

In particular, precipitates on the lower end closed surface 7 of the heating vibrator, in other words, on the water utilization plate, can be easily removed, and this is a significant improvement compared to the difficulty of cleaning the water control plate, which was conventionally fixed to the inner bottom of the hot water storage tank 1. It will be done.

As described above, the present invention provides a hot water storage tank with a hot water supply port at the top and a water supply port at the bottom, a hot water tank that is removably installed on a vertical line corresponding to the water supply port in the tank, and a through hole in the upper and lower parts of the surrounding wall. A long straight heating pipe with a hole therein and a heating element inserted along the length of the pipe,
Since the closed surface of the lower end of the heating pipe faces the water supply port with a predetermined gap, the hot water boiled in the heating pipe is stored in the hot water storage tank without coming into contact with the cold water in the hot water storage tank. Since the hot water is sent to the upper part of the hot water storage tank and stored at the specified high temperature in the upper part of the hot water storage tank, the hot water reaches the upper part of the hot water storage tank in an extremely short time compared to conventional hot water storage tanks in which a heating element is installed at the bottom of the tank. It is possible to obtain hot water at a predetermined temperature, and even if all the hot water in the hot water storage tank is used up, hot water can be obtained in a short time.

In addition, since the lower end of the heating pipe is faced to the water supply port and doubles as a water control plate, the number of parts is reduced and the structure is simple, and the heating pipe is removable, making it easier to use water. Even if calcium or other precipitates are deposited on the heating pipe, they can be easily removed by removing the heating pipe, which has various practical effects such as improved circulation efficiency and longer service life.
