Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力端子と出力端子との間に接続された第１のインダク
    タンス素子と、それぞれのカソード又はアノードを互い
    に接続し、蕃れぞれのアノ−１反はカソードを前記第１
    のインダクタンス紫芋の両端に接続した第１、第２の可
    変容量ダイオニドと、笹２のインダクタンス素子と第３
    の可変容量ダイオードとを直列に接続し、該第３の可変
    容量ダイオードのアノード又はカソードを前記第１、第
    ２の可変容量ダイオードのアノード又はカソードと直流
    的に接続されるように前記第１、第２の可変容量ダイオ
    ードのナノード又はカソードと共通ライン端子間に接続
    されたりアクタンス回路と、一端を前記第１、第２の可
    変−量ダイオードのカソード又はアノードに接続し、前
    記第１、第２及び第３の可変容量ダイオードに逆バイア
    スを与え、それらの容量値を変化させる直流位相制御信
    号を供給するための制御電圧供給回路と、前記第ｆ、第
    ２及び第３の可変容量ダイオードのアノード又゛はカッ
    −、ド側の直流電位を同一にするために前記第１、第２
    の可変容量ダイオードのアノード又はカソードと直流的
    に前記共通ライン端子に接続されたインピーダンス素子
    とを備え、前記制御電圧供給回路の面端と前記共通ライ
    ン端子との間に加える直流位相制御信号を変化させるこ
    とにより、入出力信号間に位相可変特性を得ることを特
    徴とする位相可変回路。　、
