本発明は植木鉢に関するもので、給水作業が極めて簡便
であり、かつ植物栽培に効果的な水分補給を自動的に行

植物種類に応じて両截頭の逆円錐形状または逆角錐形状
あるいは深底形、浅底形等多様に形成され、また側壁部
2および底面s8の肉厚は、従来の陶製植木鉢と概ね同
等または僅かに厚くなフており、底面部8に孔部4を穿

認の結果、前記の含水作用によって容易に変形すること
はなく、相当長期間の使用に耐え得るが、構成上当然極
めて安価に供給、され使い捨てできるので、日常の消耗

、染料等を低質紙体に混合し含有させておくと、使用時
に外観が美麗になると共に、側壁部2の含水部分2人が
明瞭に外視判断できるので、当該植物への給水状態と水
容器8の水量を即時判断できる利点があるの′で使用上
一層便利である。また、当該植木鉢の側壁部2の外周に
