Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本案はビニールハウスに於てドアのハンドルが自動ロッ
クを兼ねるようにしたものに関し、左右片に切欠溝１を
形成したＵ字型の支持具２をドア側パイプ３に嵌着する
と共に前記切欠溝１に先端外方を彎曲イさせた輪部を左
右に形成したハンドル兼用ロック杆４の輪部口が回動自
在に嵌入される一方、上方傾斜したハンドル兼用ロック
杆載置部５を設けた受板６を前記左右片の外側にボルト
７及びナツト８にて一体に緊締して成るものである。
而して図中９はビニールハウスの柱パイプ、１０は支持
具２の両片の内側に設けたパイプ止突部、１１は受板６
に形成したハンドル兼用ロック杆４の軸部口の当接凹部
、１２はドアとする。
本案は上記の様な構成であるがその作用を図につき詳説
すれば、ドアが閉じている場合は第４図の如くハンドル
兼用ロック杆４の両輪部が柱パイプ９を挾んでロックし
ているのであるが、ドアを開ける時は内側或いは外側の
ハンドル兼用ロック杆４の輪部を握って上方へ回動すれ
ば柱パイプ９との係合が解は内外何れにも開放が可能で
ある。
次にドア１２を閉じる場合ハンドル兼用ロック杆４を握
らなくても単にドア１２を勢いよく押すか或いは引けば
ハンドル兼用ロック杆４の先方の輪部が柱パイプ９に衝
突するがこの際輪部の先端外方を彎曲イしであることと
ハンドル兼用ロック杆４が受板６の載置部５により上方
に傾斜していることによりハンドル兼用ロック杆４は上
方へ回動し柱パイプ９を通過した時点で下がるから今度
は後方の輪部の内側が柱パイプ９に当たりドアの進行を
阻止し柱パイプ９を前後の輪部で挾持しロック状態にな
るのである。
上述の様に本案はドアの回動ハンドルが自動ロックにも
なるものであって別途に鍵を設ける必要のないものであ
って有用な考案である。

第１図は本案装置を施したビニールハウスの正面図、第
２図は作用を示した要部平面図、第３図は同上の正面図
、第４図はロック時の平面図、第５図は一部分解斜視図
である。 符号 １は切欠溝、２は支持具、３はドア側パイプ、４
はハンドル兼用ロック杆、５はハンドル兼用ロック杆載
置部、６は受板、７はボルト、８はナツト、イは彎曲部
、口は軸部。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 左右片に切欠溝１を形成したＵ字型の支持具２をドア側
    パイプ３に嵌着すると共に前記切欠溝１に先端外方を彎
    曲イさせた輪部を左右に形成したハンドル兼用ロック杆
    ４の軸部口が回動自在に嵌入される一方、上方傾斜した
    ハンドル兼用ロック杆載置部５を設けた受板６を前記左
    右片の外側にボルト７及びナツト８にて一体に緊締して
    成るビニールハウスに於けるドアのハンドル兼用自動ロ
    ック装置。
