  1. 絶縁基板に形成したパターン上にレジストを設けて、互
    いに分離した半田ランドとランド部を形成し、半田ラン
    ドにチップ部品の電極部を半田付けすると共に、ランド
    部を枠に半田付けし、また前記半田ランドと対向する枠
    側にパターン切欠部を形成したことを特徴とするチップ
    部品の取付構造。
