Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of steps in the manufacture of molding dies by driving plural pieces of anchor bolts to a die body of molding dies, enclosing these with plastics, setting these in molding flasks and substituting the plastics with molten metal. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of anchor bolts 8 are properly drirven to a die body 1 manufactured by casting or forging, and are enclosed by an expanded polystyrene 3. The polystyrene 3 is set on a molding board, and the circumference thereof is enclosed with a die flask 4. Molding sand 5 is put therein and is compacted. The flask 4 is turned over, and a top part flask 6 is placed thereon, and again sand is packed. A runner 9 and a riser 10 are provided. The body 1 is beforehand preheated, and molten metal 11 is charged through the runner 9 to substitute the polystyrene 3 with the molten metal 11. Upon cooling of the charged molten metal, the flasks 4, 5 are removed and the casting plan parts are cut off, whereby the one piece molding die cast with the body 1 in the die base part 2 is obtained.

The inventor of the present invention, as a result of various studies in view of the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, has focused on the fact that it is no longer necessary to separate the mold body 1 and the lid base part in the middle after they are fastened, Mold body a
I realized that the number of machining steps could be significantly reduced by manufacturing a mold integrally with a 1 lb K casting mold based on TSL base, and thus came up with the present invention.

In this method of clarification, Company C firstly shows K as shown in Section 11IIK.
A lid main body 1 having a predetermined shape is made using a material for Il, such as aluminum alloy steel or cast tool steel. This mold body is manufactured by 1Fi casting or forging. And to this, anchor bolt 8.8.8. First, a plurality of pieces of I are driven into appropriate locations on the outer surface. As shown in No. 11@IK, a vine-shaped Styrofoam 2 that wraps around the mold body 1 and the anchor bolt 8 is separately made by dividing it. In the figure, Ha, 1 m, - is the hole for inserting the bolt 8. is set on the surface plate 12. In this case, if there is a risk that the polystyrene foam S may be deformed due to the heavy weight of the mold body 10, the deformation can be prevented by using Keren 7. First, the lid main body 1 and the foamed steel 3 are set and surrounded by a mold 4, and the casting 5 is placed therein and pounded. Next, HW
As shown in AK, the mold body 1 shown in lI48 and the polystyrene foam 3 are set, the lid frame 4 is hardened with sand, and then the lid frame 4 is turned over, and the cover frame 4 is placed on top of it, and this is again filled with sand and pounded. 1
11I Mel and Yudo! , a riser 10 is provided. In the casting apparatus set as described above, first, the rounded lid body 1 is preheated to prevent chilling on the mating surface 11 between the mold body 1 and the cast plate space part 2, and then the molten metal 11 is heated.
The hot water path! The styrofoam 5 is replaced with the molten metal 11. After waiting for the injection field to cool down, the lid frames 4 and 6 are removed and the casting plan part is cut and removed, and as shown in FIG.
This results in an integral molded mold (product) in which the molded material is cast into the lid paste part 2. In this case, as shown in FIG. 7, the anchor has a rather large effect of ensuring the integral casting of the K11 main body 1 and the device base part 2.

When using the method of the present invention, there is no need to machine the mating box 13 between the mold body 1 and the stand base part 2 like a ridge.
Also, in order to ensure that the two are integrated (see anchor point 8), it is essential to tighten the bolts! This will greatly contribute to reducing the number of man-hours required for manufacturing the molded metal 11a.
