Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高圧空気源とシリンダの駆動側圧力室及び復帰側圧力室
    とを、両室を高圧空気源と大気とに切換連通させる給排
    切換弁を介して連通させ、上記高圧空気源と駆動側圧力
    室との間の流路における高圧空気源と給排切換弁との間
    に、シリンダの駆動ストロークをメータイン制御する絞
    り及び駆動ストロークの起動を助勢する蓄圧用タンクを
    接続し、該給排切換弁と駆動側圧力室との間に、復帰ス
    トローク速度を制御する制御弁を接続し、上記制御弁を
    、駆動側圧力室からの高圧空気の流出を阻止するチェッ
    ク弁、・その流出を制限する絞り、及び駆動側圧力室と
    の昇圧に伴って作動するＩＪ　ＩＪ−フ弁をそれぞれ並
    列に接続することにより構成したことを特徴とする同期
    シリンダ駆動装置。
