    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 両端部に流体圧出入ポートを有するシリンダ体内を貫通
    して延長するロッドと、前記シリンダ体の内壁に沿って
    気水密に摺動しかつ前記ロッドを囲繞するピストンと、
    このピストンをロッドに対してその軸線方向に拘束すべ
    くピストン内蔵する流体圧作動のロック機構と、前記ロ
    ッドをシリンダ体に対してその軸線方向に拘束する流体
    圧作動のロック機構とを備えて成るステップシリンダ。
