ベルマウス半製品の成型装置の一実施例に関するもので
、第２図はベルマウス素材　　　□の、第３図は前記装
置の、また第４図は前記装置により成型されたベルマウ
ス半製品の、各断面図である。 なお図中１はベルマウス完成品、１ａは外側曲面、１ｂ
は内側曲面、５はベルマウス素材、５′はベルマウス半
製品、５ｂは外周面、５Ｃは環状突起、５ｄは内周面、
６は第１のローラー、６ｂは外周面、６Ｃは環状突起受
溝、７は第２０−ラー、７ｂは外周面、Ｄｌはベルマウ
ス素材５の内径、ｄは第２のローラー７の外径である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 外周面の略中央部に環状突起が形成された円筒状のベル
    マウス素材の該環状突起側に配置されると共に、外周面
    がベルマウス完成品の外側曲面に等しい凸曲面に形成さ
    れ且つその略中央部に上記環状突起の半径方向高さ以上
    の深さを有する環状、突起受溝が穿設された第１のロー
    ラー、及び該ベルマウス素材の内周面側に配置されると
    共に、該ベルマウス素材の内径以下の外径を有し且つ外
    周面がベルマウス完成品の内側曲面に等しい凹曲面に形
    成された第２のローラーから成り、該ベルマウス素材を
    その環状突起を該第１のローラーの該環状突起受溝に嵌
    合させた状態で該両ローラー間に圧着挾持して該両ロー
    ラーの少な（とも一方を回転させる構造としたことを特
    徴とするベルマウス半製品の成型装置。
