[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a seedling raising box for a transplanter, which is capable of forming seedlings of onions, kanranchi, etc., grown in a lattice pattern, so that each plant can be separated as a top-mounted block seedling. The purpose of this system is to provide a system that guarantees that seedlings are not disturbed when they are placed on a seedling supply table and transported.
In order to achieve this purpose, in a bottomed seedling box that is partitioned into a lattice of vertical and horizontal plates, one of the vertical and horizontal plate groups is arranged and fixed to the bottom plate, and the other of the vertical and horizontal plate groups is arranged and fixed to the surrounding frame. The bottom plate and the peripheral frame are fixed to each other so that they can be connected and separated, and one of the vertical and horizontal plates arranged and fixed to the bottom plate is parallel to each other and has a flat vertical surface, and is arranged and fixed to the surrounding frame in a row. The other vertical and horizontal plates are parallel to each other, and a notch retaining part is formed at a distance in the longitudinal direction of the plate to which the plate on the bottom plate side is engaged and detached. As a result, they succeeded in developing a seedling growing box for use in a transplanter, which features water holes formed in the bottom plate.

In addition, 26 is a detector, and when one of the seedling pushing bodies 14 comes into contact with this, the seedling mounting table 11 is intermittently fed by one pitch of the horizontal plate body 2, and at this time, the other seedling pushing body 14 is moved to the pushing start position. In this case, it should engage the soil of the seedling A with soil as shown in FIG.

Therefore, the seedlings grown in the seedling raising box of the present invention are placed on the seedling mounting table 11 in a state where each plant is divided into blocks on the bottom plate 1, and the extruding body 14 of the extruding device 13 It is pushed out by circulating around in a state where it is engaged with the soil of A.

As mentioned above, in the present invention, one of the partition plates is fixed to the peripheral frame of the bottomed seedling nursery box, and the other partition plate is fixed to the bottom plate, and the peripheral frame and the bottom plate are combined so that they can be connected and separated. With the bottom plate removed and the seedlings with soil left on the bottom plate, the bottom plate can be placed on the seedling mounting stand, which is extremely convenient for use with a transplanter. In addition to the advantage of serving as a guide, it also has the advantage that the seedlings with soil are divided into blocks when the surrounding frame is removed.

In particular, since the dividing plates, that is, the bottom plates in which one of the vertical and horizontal plate groups is arranged parallel to each other, and the peripheral frame, in which the other side is arranged in parallel to each other, are combined so that they can be connected and separated, it is possible to combine them. When raising seedlings, each square is independent, and the root hairs of the seedlings do not invade adjacent squares, allowing independent seedlings to grow evenly. Since the vertical surfaces of the separating plates are flat and parallel to each other, the seedlings can be fed smoothly without deformation or collapse, and this is consistent with the uniform growth of the seedlings. Planting the seeds manually has the advantage of improving accuracy.

In addition, since water holes are formed in the bottom plate that correspond to each square, each square grows evenly, which has the advantage of reducing root dieback and root erosion.
