図の部分拡大図である。 １・・・棒状測定部材、２・・・被測定物、３・・・ラ
ンプ、１１・・・受光素子、１４・・・円錐状センサ、
１５・・・最先端部。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 棒状測定部材の他端方向から測定部材内部に光線を入射
    する光源と、該入射光線の一部が被測定物と接している
    測定部材の一端部において全反射し前記測定部材内部を
    戻る反射光線を受光する受光部とを具備し、該受光部で
    入射光量と受光した反射光量との比により前記被測定物
    の屈折率を測定する装置において、前記棒状測定部材は
    全体を均一な屈折率の光伝送路とし、棒状測定部材の一
    端部には被測定物の方向に凸面をなし且つ凸面の最先端
    部を経る線に対称な屈折率の分布をしている部材を接着
    させて構成し、該部材の錐の斜辺が直線であることを特
    徴とする屈折率を測定する装置。
