Claims (2)
- （１）内部に収容された原水中に高純度不活性ガスを吹
込む手段を有し、かつ原水を取入れる取入れ口を有する
気密なバブラーと、このバブラーから取出された原水を
貯留する気密なセトラーと、このセトラーから酸素含有
量の低い処理水を取出す手段と、上記セトラーから取出
したガ−スが含有している酸素量を測定する酸素計、と
、上記セトラーから取出したガスに、上記酸素計で測定
された量の酸素と反応して水を生成するのに必要で、か
つ過剰でない量の超高純度水素を添加する手段と、この
混合ガス中に含まれている酸素と水素とを反応させて水
を生成させるための反応器と、この反応器を出ガス中の
水を゛ 除去する手段と、水を除去されたガスを上記バ
ブラーに高純度不活性ガスとして再循環する手段と、上
記バブラー内のガスを上記セトラー内に社行させる手段
とを備えた溶存酸素除去装置。 - （２）上記溶存酸素除去装置を２誠設け、一方の溶・有
酸素除去装置のセトラーから取出した処理水を他方の溶
存酸素除去装置に原水として供給するように構成した実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の溶存酸素除去装置。
