The basic packaging method common to these packaging devices is to wrap the entire tray in a film, then overlap the film in double or triple layers, especially on the back side of the tray, and take advantage of the film's self-adhesive properties. This is to seal the film.

Essentially, the top film achieves its purpose as long as it covers only the upper opening of the tray, and conventional packaging means require three to four times the amount of film originally required.

(b) When overlapping films and sealing them on the back side of a tray, irregular wrinkles inevitably occur, and in the case of a packaged item with a high moisture content, water will flow all the way to the back side of the tray, and juice will seep out from the wrinkled area, resulting in severe cases. The seal will fall apart.

(d) Stretching the film over the tray opening without wrinkles can be a constant source of trouble as conditions vary slightly depending on changes in the air (room) temperature in the packaging room, the type of tray used, etc. .

Therefore, the inventor of the present invention has already devised and disclosed numerous film packaging methods and devices, including in JP-A No. 51-36387. Although it is said that because the heating means and the packaging position are in the same position, the thermal influence of the heating means on the packaged product is less than before, but it has not been completely eliminated yet. However, even in this case, there are still points that need to be improved in terms of how to bring the heated film from the heating position to the packaging position. In order to cut the excess film at the periphery, there is a problem that this must be done at a position other than the above-mentioned position, and these problems remain to be improved in the future.

The gist of the present invention is to set the film heating position and packaging position at different positions, and to set the packaging position and cutting position at the same position, and to move the film heated at the heating position from the packaging cutting position. The point is that the film holding frame is used to hold the film properly.

As a result, heating is always carried out in the optimum state regardless of the room temperature of the packaging room, and since contact heating is used, the heating time of the film 4 is short (approximately 3 to 4 seconds) and the softening temperature (approx. 120 to 130°C is optimal).

In this case, if the temperature of the heating plate 5 is kept below the softening point of the film 4, the work of placing the film on the tray 16 will be troublesome and the film 4 will be heated for a long time. Also, the film 4 is not heated more than necessary, and problems such as burn-in do not occur.

At this time, a film adhesive member is attached to the end face 10' of the film holding frame, and a non-adhesive member is attached to the upper end face 7' of the receiving frame. Therefore, the heated film 4 is transferred to the film presser frame 10.
The stretch film 4 is conveyed to the cutting frame 14 while remaining attached to the film, and at the same time, a new stretch film 4 is drawn out from the film roll 2 onto the heating plate 5.

Then, the film presser frame 10 with its front end raised as described above is fitted around the cutting frame storage frame 13 as shown in FIG. 2C, and the heat-softened film 4 is overlapped on the tray 16. After that, the air is generated in the air intake chamber 18 to move the film 4 around the tray 16 and the cutting material 14.

In this case, the film 4 is shielded from the outside air by the presence of the frame 13 around the substrate 15, and the film 4 is brought into close contact with the film 4 by the suction action from the air intake holes 19 as shown in FIG. 2C.

At the same time, due to the fitting operation of the film holding frame 10, the microswitch 20 is pressed by its lower end surface 10' and turned ON, and the resistance wire 17 is energized for a predetermined time (about 0.5 seconds), and the film 4 is It will be fused.

Thereafter, the packaging operation is repeated in the same manner as above. In the above embodiment, a stretch film was used as the packaging film, but the film that can be used in the device of the present invention is not limited to this, and it is of course possible to use various other films. .

As explained above, the present invention is capable of placing a heating plate, a film heating work part that is equipped with a receiving frame surrounding the heating plate and having a non-adhesive upper surface, and a tray on a common base. A cutting frame with a resistance wire stretched around its outer periphery, a cutting frame storage frame for storing the cutting frame, and a cutting frame storage frame that is attached to the frame housing, has an intake chamber at the lower part, and has the cutting frame placed on the upper surface, In addition, a packaging cutting section equipped with a substrate having an air intake hole is arranged in parallel, and the shape is the same as the receiving frame of the heating section, and the outer dimensions of the cutting frame storage frame of the packaging cutting section are smaller than the outside dimensions of the cutting frame storage frame of the packaging cutting section. A film holding frame, which has a frame shape with slightly larger internal dimensions and has a film adhesive surface on its lower surface, is placed on the common base and connected to the heating work section and packaging cutting work section through a guide frame having a guide slot. Since it is provided so that it can be reciprocated between the two working parts and can be rotated up and down in both working parts, the film heating position and the packaging position can be separated from each other, and the thermal influence of the heating means does not affect the packaged items.

That is, the upper surface of the receiving frame of the heating work part is a non-adhesive surface,
In addition, since the bottom surface of the film holding frame is an adhesive surface,
It has the above-mentioned effects.

In particular, the only movable part is the film holding frame, and since this is a simple operation of reciprocating sliding and up-and-down rotation, it can be done by hand, and the device can be extremely simple and inexpensive.
In addition, by placing the heating plate on the bottom side of the film, the film can be brought into full contact with the heating surface by its own weight, which prevents the film from softening and sagging during heating. There are no obstacles or shields in the position that would restrict the loading and unloading of trayed items, making it easier to work and improving operability and workability.
