Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 左右一対の無端チェン間に所定間隔毎に多数の茹パケッ
    トを支持せしめ、該茹パケット内に供給された麺を茹湯
    槽に移送させて茹処理を行ない、茹処理後の茹麺を水洗
    槽に移送させて水洗冷却処理を行なうようにした自動茹
    麺機において、茹湯槽側の茹麺移送経路の一部に無端チ
    ェノを上下蛇行状に変位弛緩せしめて隣接するバケシト
    間隔を密着状態に整列保持せしめるパケット間隔制御装
    置を設は且つ茹パケットの下方には茹パケット群を支承
    しながら移送方向に誘導案内するガイドレールを着脱自
    在に配設すると共に、茹湯槽の上方には無端チェノを懸
    回状態で昇降せしめる昇降装置を設け、該昇降装置を介
    し茹湯槽内の無端チェノ等を吊上げ茹湯槽底部を掃除可
    能にせしめたことを特徴とする自動茹麺機における茹湯
