Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本案は４角形底板１の４辺に逆台形側板２，３を設け、
各側板２，３の両端にそれぞれ３角形折曲片４．４を設
け、逆台形側板２，３を起立しかつ３角形折曲片４，４
を折曲げてこれを隣接側板２，３に重合し同重合部上縁
に切込み１１．１１を形成して上面開口部の面積が上記
底板１の面積より広い逆台形箱５を形威し、内部に止め
板１０．１０を形成した下向り形溝７を有する止め具６
を設け、同止め具６の同り形溝７を同相５の４隅に嵌合
し、同止め具６のＬ形内面に受板８を設け、同受板８と
上記止め具６の上面との間に段９を形成しかつ上記止め
板１０．１０を上記切込み１１．１１に嵌合させた上面
開口箱に関するものである。
止め具６は第４図〜第６図に示すように硬化合成樹脂製
で下向り形溝７を有しＬ形に形成され溝７の内部に止め
板１０．１０が設けられる。
側板２，３の両端部上縁および３角形折曲片４，４の上
縁には止め板１０を嵌合する切込み１１．１１を形成す
る。
従って第３図に示す上面開口箱に果実、野菜等を収容し
、これを数段に段積みすると、上段の底板１の４隅が下
段の受板８に支持され、かつ同底板１は段９に嵌合又は
係合する。
従来、上面開口箱は側板を２層に折込み、これを補強し
て段積みを行ったが、上下段の箱の相互横動を防止し難
くかつ材料を節減し難い嫌いを有するものであった。
本案は上述のように構成したので数段に段積みするに際
し底板１の４隅が下段の止め具６に設けた受板８に支持
されかつ受板８と上面との段９に嵌合又は係合して上段
の箱５が横動するおそれがなく安全に段積みし得ると共
に３角形折曲片４，４が互に隣接側板２，３に重合しか
つ止め具６によって隅角部が著しく補強され、側板２，
３の変形を防止し堅牢であると共に側板２，３を単板に
より形威し得て材料を節減し得る便益がある。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）４角形底板１の４辺に逆台形側板２，３を設け、
    各側板２，３の両端にそれぞれ３角形折曲片４゜４を設
    け、逆台形側板２，３を起立しかつ３角形新曲片４，４
    を折曲げてこれを隣接側板２，３に重合し同重合部上縁
    に切込み１１．１１を形成して上面開口部の面積が上記
    底板１の面積より広い逆台形箱５を形威し、内部に止め
    板１０．１０を形成した下向り形溝７を有する止め具６
    を設け、同止め具６の同り形溝７を同相５の４隅に嵌合
    し、同止め具６のＬ形内面に受板８を設け、同受板８と
    上記止め具６の上面との間に段９を形成しかつ上記止め
    板１０．１０を上記切込み１１．１１に嵌合させた上面
    開口箱。
  2. （２）止め具６が硬化合成樹脂製である実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の上面開口箱。
