  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （１）内視鏡挿入部内に設けた又は挿入部軸方向外周に
    添設した鉗子チャンネルに挿通使用される鉗子であって
    、先端部の被検部当接面側に掻き取り刃と試料収納部と
    を連設したごとを特徴とする工業用試料採取鉗子。 −（２）掻き取り刃は、断面鋸歯状で先端構成部の幅方
    向に複数形成されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項に記載の工業用試料採取鉗子。 （３）掻き取り刃は、先端構成部の先端に幅方向に形成
    されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項に記載の工業用試料採取鉗子。 （４）試料収納部は、表面に粘着剤層が形成されている
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲・第１項に記
    載の工業用試料採取鉗子。 （５）掻き取り刃と試料収納部とは、把持部に付設−し
    た表示マークと同一方向に形成されていることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項゛　に記載の工業用
