    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 動圧空気ジャーナル軸受および磁気スラスト軸受により
    モータシャフトを支持するようにしたも、のにおいて、
    モータハウジングの端板に、上記モータシャフトの端面
    を必要に応じて押圧し軸方向移動終端位置まで移動させ
    て固定するモータシャフト固定ねじを螺着したことを特
    徴とするモータ。
