Claims (1)
- ２枚の環状継鉄１，１の間の外周部分に環状の永久磁石
２を挾み、内縁部分において継鉄磁極部３．３が対面す
る電子ビーム集束用磁気回路において、前記環状継鉄１
，１の永久磁石２から磁極部３．３に至るまでの間に環
状の薄肉部分５．５を設け、該薄肉部分５．５で磁気飽
和を生じさせるようにしたことを特徴とする電子ビーム
集束用磁気回路。
