Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ジャガード織りの織物は普通の無地の織物に比較して重
量感があり高級感をいだかせるものである。
更に、多色に彩られた紋様のあるものは一段と重量感を
増し高級感を高からしめるものであるが、色の数だけ糸
の数を増加するとその分だけ織物の厚さを増し、これで
仕立てた製品は着用した場合に機能性に欠けるところが
ある。
本発明は多色に彩られた紋様を有するジャガード織りの
織物の観を呈するにも拘らず織物生地が厚くならず、機
能性に富み、しかも高級感をいだかせる織物の製造方法
を提供し得るものである。
次に、本発明の実施例について説明する。
たで糸とよこ糸とを同一染料で染まらない異質の糸例え
ばたて糸にアセテート、よこ糸にレーヨンを使用してジ
ャガード織りを行い、織り出された紋様に直接染料をも
って捺染を施すと紋様部分にたけ直接染料が染まる。
紋様部分の一部を先染の糸を使用して織成する場合もあ
る。
紋様以外の部分の染色には分散染料を使用する。
而して、紋様部分の染色は単色又は複数色の染料を使用
して行うことは任意であり、作業も困難なことではない
。
本発明実施に当り直接染料及び分散染料の２種類の染料
を複合させて一度に染めることができ、仕事の簡素化を
図ることが可能である。
以上の様にして染色を施したジャガード織物は染色の大
部分が捺染方法による後染であるから、多彩にも拘らず
使用糸の数が少ないから生地が厚くならず製品に仕立て
たとき機能性が高く、捺染によるために色彩があざやか
であり、ジャガード織としての重量感もあり、全体とし
て高級感をいだかせるものである。
また、本発明においては紋様部分の糸と紋様以外の部分
の糸とを異質のものとしたから、紋様に染色を施すとき
、これに使用した染料は紋様以外の部分には染まらない
ので紋様の輪廓外に染色がはみ出して織物の品質の低下
を来たす様なおそれがないという特長がある。
かくして、本発明によれば多彩なジャガード織物の高級
感をもち、しかも機能性に富む織物を低部に提供するこ
とができる効果がある。

Claims (4)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）同一染料で染まらない複数の糸を使用してジャガ
    ード織により織出した紋様に捺染を施すことを特徴とす
    る織物の製造方法。
  2. （２）紋様部分にｌ乃至複数の色彩の染料を使用する特
    許請求の範囲第１項記載の織物の製造方法。
  3. （３）紋様の一部に先染の糸を使用した特許請求の範囲
    第１項又は第２項記載の織物の製造方法。
  4. （４）　　紋様以外の部分に捺染を施こした特許請求の
    範囲第１項、第２項又は第３項記載の織物の製造方法。
