    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部に熱交換に関与する複数の流体が貫通する軸線方向
    の流路を備えた円筒状のコアと、このコアを円筒軸の周
    りに回転させる駆動装置と、前記複数の流体を絶縁隔絶
    するシーツし部材とを有する回転蓄熱式熱交換器におい
    て、高温ガス流入側のコア端面に、カーボン成形体の表
    面に炭化珪素層を形成し、該炭化珪素層内の気孔を酸化
    珪素で充填してなるシール部材を摺接させたことを特徴
    とする回転蓄熱式熱交換器の高温シール装置。
