    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液晶等の表示素子から成る時刻表示パネル、前記時刻表
    示パネルを支持する時刻表示支持部材、基準信号源とな
    る水晶振動子、発振、分周、計時等を行なうＩＣ等の電
    子部品を搭載した回路基板、電源となる小型電池、前記
    時刻表示支持部材、回路基板、電池を固定するモジュー
    ル固定板から成るデジタル腕時計において、前記モジュ
    ール固定板は時刻表示パネル支持部材外周に設けた複数
    の凸部に係合する窓部を有するフック部で時刻表示パネ
    ル支持部材、回路基板、電池を固定するとともに、一体
    に設けたスイッチバネの初期タワミ用位置決め部を前記
    フック部に設けたことを特徴とするデジタル腕時計の構
    造。
