を第１図に示し、薄形に構成した遅延媒体を用いた櫛形
フィルタの従来例の正面図を第２図に平面図を第３図に
それぞれ示す。第４図は本考案の実施例を示した正面図
である。 図中１は超音波遅延媒体、４．　４ａ、　４ｂは圧電素
子、５は共通電極、６．７は入力及出力用電極、８．９
は入力及出力用端子、１０は共通端子、１１は超音波吸
収体。

  1. 薄形の超音波遅延媒体の−の端面に接地電極が設けられ
    、一対の圧電素子が該接地電極上に互に分離して設けら
    れその夫々の圧電素子上に入出力電極が形成され、それ
    ら２電極間を容量素子等の結合素子で結合させたことを
    特徴とする櫛形フィルタ。
