Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体素子、抵抗及びコンデンサをダクト内に収納する
    と共に相互に電気的に接続され、且つ冷却ファンによっ
    て強制冷却するように成された半導体装置において、前
    記半導体素子、抵抗及びコンデンサの３部材を板部材を
    介して相互に離隔し°　て設け、少なくとも半導体素子
    と抵抗とを別形成のダクト内に収納して設けたことを特
    徴とする半導体装置。
