    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測定流体中に水素ガス等のパージ流体を循環状態で吹
    き込むようにした装置のパージ状態を表示する装置であ
    って、前記パージ流体の流路一部における差圧を表示す
    るメータの目盛板にこの差圧に対応する平均分子量目盛
    を一体に形成すると共にパージ流体のその時々の平均分
    子量を検出してこれを表示する表示部を形成し、前記メ
    ータ表示と表示部とで夫々表示される平均分子量を対比
    できるように構成したことを特徴とするパージ状態表示
    装置。
