図面は本考案の技術的内容を示すものであって、第１図
は車輌用ホイールリムにおける応力分布状態の説明図、
第２図は従来の回転成形法によるホイールリムの肉厚分
布を示した説明図、第３図は本考案によるホイールリム
の肉厚分布を示した断面図である。
、然してこれらの図面において、１はウェル部、２
はビードシート部、３はフランジ、４，５は立上り部、
◎はウェル外側部におけるビードシート２に連続した立
上り部との境界角部、［Ｆ］はウェル内側部におけるビ
ードシート部に連続した立上り部との境界角部を示すも
のである。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 円筒状アルミニウム素材を用い成形したものであっ
て、ウェル外側部におけるビードシート面に連ｉした立
上り部との境界角部の肉厚を前記円筒状アルミニウム素
材の標準肉厚より大としたことを特徴とするアルミニウ
ムホイールリム。 ２ ウェル外側部と共にウェル内側部における立上り部
とビードシート面延長との境界角部の肉厚を円筒状アル
ミニウム素材の標準肉厚より大とした実用新案−請求の
範囲第１項記載のアルミニウムホイールリム。 ３ シームレスな円筒状アルミニウム素材を用いる実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項の何れかに記載の
アルミニウムホイールリム。
