枠板の後方部に設けた軸受片に開閉レバーを回動自在に
軸装し、上記基盤上の後方部に設けた板バネで上記開閉
レバーを弾持すると共に開閉レバーに装着した連結環の
一端部を上記枠板の側面に設けた切欠部を介して該枠板
内に臨ましめ、枠板内に挿入した保合部材の基方部を上
記連結環の端部に回動自在に連結して開閉レバーの回動
により上記係合部材を前後方向に若干摺動可能にし、且
つ基盤上に該保合部材の基方部が陥没する切欠溝を形成
し、又基盤とは別体の係止部材を設け、該係止部材の係
止孔に上記係合部材の先端に設けた係合爪を着脱自在に
係合せしめるようムこなることを特徴とする鞄、袋物等
