Claims (1)
- ボンベから大気圧のガスをシリンダー内に吸入し、この
シリンダーのピストンの駆動によりガスを一定量試験槽
に注入する装置であって、シリンダーに関連してガス圧
を大気圧とバランスさせるリークバルブを設け、試験槽
に関連して、シリンダーとの間の配管路上に注入バルブ
を設けると共に大気との間に排気バルブ、排気ポンプ及
び大気吸入バルブを設けてなり、配管内の残留ガスを試
験槽を介して排出すると共にシリンダー内の一定量のガ
ス試験槽に注入するようにしたことを特徴とするガス注
入装置。
