Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明は水虫治療、予防用の靴底風に関するもので、
その目的とする所は、水虫の治療１予防に効果のある薬
品を靴底風に浸透保有させ、靴の内部で微量ずつ気化さ
せて、水虫の治療、予防効果を発輝山薬る水虫治療予防
用の靴底風を得るにある。
その目的とする所は、水虫の治療１予防に効果のある薬
品を靴底風に浸透保有させ、靴の内部で微量ずつ気化さ
せて、水虫の治療、予防効果を発輝山薬る水虫治療予防
用の靴底風を得るにある。
従来、なめし工程の途中に在る皮革には硫黄、その他の
薬品を浸透保有させることは出来なかったのであるが、
発明者は、皮革のなめし工程、即ち、脱毛−浸酸−クロ
ームなめし一中和一染色一加脂一乾燥の工程の内、加脂
工程の終った皮革を一旦乾燥し、再び、浸透保有させる
薬品の水１１ＩｗＬと共になめし装機（ドラム）に入れ
て、皮革に薬品を浸透保有させる方法を一発して、この
発明を得たものである。
薬品を浸透保有させることは出来なかったのであるが、
発明者は、皮革のなめし工程、即ち、脱毛−浸酸−クロ
ームなめし一中和一染色一加脂一乾燥の工程の内、加脂
工程の終った皮革を一旦乾燥し、再び、浸透保有させる
薬品の水１１ＩｗＬと共になめし装機（ドラム）に入れ
て、皮革に薬品を浸透保有させる方法を一発して、この
発明を得たものである。
この発明の水虫ｆｔ３僚予防用の靴底風は、なめし工程
中の刀ロ脂工程か終った皮革を、一旦乾燥した彼、再び
なめし装機に硫＊濱液と共に入れて皮革に硫黄溶液を浸
透させ、次いで、是れを一旦乾燥して、再膨虹酸と共に
なめし多機に入れて酢酸を＆透保夷させ、同様の工程を
繰返して、皮革に硫黄、酢酸、ベルツ液、グリセリンを
浸透保有させて靴の底皮、又は敷皮として使用して、使
用中、靴の内部で底皮＆弔の上記薬品が体温、汗等に作
用されて、気化付着して、水虫の治療予防効果を発輝す
る様にしたものである。
中の刀ロ脂工程か終った皮革を、一旦乾燥した彼、再び
なめし装機に硫＊濱液と共に入れて皮革に硫黄溶液を浸
透させ、次いで、是れを一旦乾燥して、再膨虹酸と共に
なめし多機に入れて酢酸を＆透保夷させ、同様の工程を
繰返して、皮革に硫黄、酢酸、ベルツ液、グリセリンを
浸透保有させて靴の底皮、又は敷皮として使用して、使
用中、靴の内部で底皮＆弔の上記薬品が体温、汗等に作
用されて、気化付着して、水虫の治療予防効果を発輝す
る様にしたものである。
皮革に上述の様にして薬品をｌ！！２透保肩させると長
期ｒ＆ｉ１保肩されて、長期間水虫治療予防の効果を鈷
続出釆るのであるが、靴の敷皮の様に取替え可能の場合
には織布、紙、又はその他の材鵞に硫黄酢酸、ベルツ液
、グリセリンを浸透、乾燥させた材料を使用して水虫の
治療、予防効果が得られることは云う迄も無いのである
。
期ｒ＆ｉ１保肩されて、長期間水虫治療予防の効果を鈷
続出釆るのであるが、靴の敷皮の様に取替え可能の場合
には織布、紙、又はその他の材鵞に硫黄酢酸、ベルツ液
、グリセリンを浸透、乾燥させた材料を使用して水虫の
治療、予防効果が得られることは云う迄も無いのである
。
この発明の水虫治療予防用の靴底皮は上述の様に皮革に
硫黄、酢敏、ベルツ液、グリセリンを浸透、保鳴させた
ものであるから、長期間皮革内部に是＠薬品が留まって
、小量ずつ靴の中で気化して皮膚に作用し、水虫の治療
予防作用を長期間継続出来る効果があるのである。

- 皮革に硫黄、酢酸、ベルツ液、グリセリンを浸透、保有
させたことを特稙とする、水虫治療予防用の靴底風◇
