Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ７セグメント２桁発光ダイオード（以下ＬＥＤ）の各桁
    を時分割で駆動するダイナミック駆動方式において、第
    １桁のＬＥＤのコモンアノードに、桁ドライブ用パルス
    によりスイッチング動作を行う桁ドライブ用トランジス
    タを接続し、第２桁のＬＥＤのコモンアノードにダイオ
    ード等の定電圧素子を直列接続し、上記桁ドライブ用ト
    ランジスタ及び定電圧素子を電流帰還用抵抗を介して電
    源端子に接続するように構成したことを特徴とする発光
    ダイオード駆動回路。
