ブ部、１５３は薄膜層、１６はプレート、１７はスプリ
ングである。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）筐体内に配置され一面に排気ガス圧を受けて変位
    する本体部と、この本体部と一体に形成さ−れ上記筐体
    内に配設された弁座に接離するバルブ部と−を有するダ
    イヤフラムを備え、このダイ−ヤフラムの本体部を耐排
    気ガス部材で構成すると共にバルブ部の弁座当接面に耐
    摩耗性薄膜層を形成してなる調圧弁。
  2. （２）耐摩耗性薄膜層の厚さは、゛バルブ部の厚さの１
    ０％以下である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の調
    圧弁。
