    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 抵抗加熱方式或は電子ビーム加熱方式をとる真空蒸着装
    置において、排気鐘内に設けられている蒸発源観察用ミ
    ラーが回転可能なシャフトの周囲に複数個設置されてお
    り、外部よりの操作によるシャフトの回転で蒸着操作の
    度毎に適宜新しいミラーを使用できることを特徴とする
    真空蒸着装置用ミラーの構造。
