Abstract

PURPOSE:To execute the following image exposure or photographing even in the course of a developing treatment, by cutting a sensitized material wound in the photographing track side by a store means, with a cutter, and after that, moving said means to a developing track side. CONSTITUTION:A photographed film which has been fed out is wound to a core 11 provided on a store unit 2 through a guide consisting of pinch rollers 9, 9' and an arm of a film roller 12. Subsequently, when photogrpahing of a desired quantity has ended, the photographed film is fed in until it passes through a cutter 8 by operating a button for starting the development, and after that, the cutter operates and cuts the film. Subsequently, by an operation end signal of the cutter, the store unit 2 is moved to a position B of a developing track side from a position A of a photographing track side. In this way, a lot of films can be photographed continuously, and also, even in the course of development, the following image exposure or photographing can be executed.

Conventionally, various methods have been proposed and put into practical use in which photographing and development of photosensitive materials such as microfilms are carried out in an integrated manner. These have a photographing section and a developing section connected,
This is a method in which photographing on microfilm, etc., and subsequent development, fixing, washing, drying, etc. are carried out continuously or continuously, but normally the feed speed of the photosensitive material during the photographing process and the feed speed of the photosensitive material during the development process are different. Therefore, various methods have been adopted to perform both continuously or seamlessly.

For example, one method is to provide a buffer chamber between the photographing section and the developing section, and store the photographed film in a loop shape, so that the difference in speed between the photographing section and the developing section is absorbed by the buffer chamber. , a storage room is provided in place of the buffer room, a certain amount of shot film is stored there, and when a certain amount is reached, the film is cut, shooting is stopped, and the stored film is developed. There are known methods for starting the process. However, while the former method has the effect of allowing photographing and development to be performed at the same time, there is a risk that static electricity and scratches may occur due to the films rubbing against each other when the loop is formed, and that the loop may not be formed. It is essential to have a sensor that detects the loop,
This requires complicated means such as adjusting the shooting speed depending on the loop state. In addition, in the latter case, when the film is stored in a loop, there is a risk that the film will rub against each other, causing static electricity and scratches, as in the former case. The amount of film that can be produced is limited to a few meters, making it impossible to process large amounts of film.

As another method, a method has been proposed in which the photographed photosensitive material is once wound onto a reel in a storage chamber, and after being cut, the reel is reversed and sent to a developing device (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 56-43
Publication No. 632). This method allows photographed photosensitive material to be stored and processed without causing the above-mentioned troubles, but it has the disadvantage that once development has started, the next photosensitive material cannot be taken until all of the wound photosensitive material is used up. .

In the figure, 1 is an image exposure section (hereinafter referred to as the photographing section), 2 is a storage unit, and 3 is a developing section.
As shown in FIG. 2, an image exposure track (hereinafter referred to as a photographing track) and a development track are provided so as to form separate tracks. An original 16 is photographed by an optical system B on a photosensitive film (hereinafter referred to as a film) 4 which is continuously fed from a reel 5 along a photographing track, and is sent to a storage unit 2 by a row 27. The fed-out photographed film is wound around a core 11 provided in the storage unit 2 with the pinch rollers 9, 9' and the arms of the film roller 12 as guides. At this time, a protrusion 14 protrudes from the core 11, as shown in FIG. 5, to facilitate winding up of the film. When the photographing of the desired needle is completed, the photographed film is fed until it passes the cutter 8 by operating the development start button, and then the cutter 8 is activated to cut the film.

In response to the cutter operation end signal, the storage unit 2 moves from position A on the photographing track side to position A on the developing track side. FIGS. 6 and 4 show how the roll film moves as the storage unit 2 moves. In the figure, the pinch rollers 9 and 9' are located on the storage unit 2 side, and the developer feed roller 2
10, 10' and the receiving roller 15 are provided on the side of the storage unit 2' on the side of the developing track. When the film is in position A, the feed rollers 10, 10' are released as shown in FIG. storage unit 2 moves to position B;
The roll film is placed on the roller 15, and when the leading edge of the film is positioned on the developer feed roller 210', the feed rollers io and io' are closed and pinch 079 +
9' is released, and the protrusion 14 of the core 11 is housed within the core and released from the rolled film. The storage unit 2 then returns to the photographing track position A, leaving the roll film at position B. The roll film at position B is kept stable enough with just the roll 15, but in order to hold it even more securely, the development side unit 2'
You may also fit another core into it.

The rolled film moved to position B is sent to the developing section 5 by a feed roll, and is wound up after undergoing, for example, development 16, fixing 17, washing 18, and drying 19. On the other hand, since the storage unit 2 has been returned to position A of the photographing truck, photographing can be started again.

Note that in the example above, the entire storage unit was moved, but
The present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and other methods may be used. For example, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the photographing track and the developing track are provided in close proximity, and the storage unit 2' on the photographing track side and the storage unit 2' on the developing track side are provided with cores 11° and 11', respectively. It is also possible to provide a storage unit and move only the side plate 2a of the storage unit to move only the roll film 4 from the core 11 to the core 11' after photographing.

Further, in the above example, the photographing section and the developing section are arranged side by side, but the configuration is not necessarily limited to this. For example, the photographing section may be located above the storage unit, and the developing section may be located below the storage unit. may be located. In either case, it is necessary to separate the photographing track and the developing track.

As described above, according to the present invention, since photographed film is stored in rolls in a storage unit, a large amount of film can be photographed continuously, and the developing process is carried out in a developing truck that is separate from the photographing truck. Since the process is carried out by transferring a roll of film, it is possible to take pictures even during development.
