Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）発振器の同調回路がコイルとコンデンサあるいは
    伝送線路とコンデンサから成り、前記コンデンサの一部
    又は全部にバラクタ・ダイオードを用いた周波数変調回
    路において、バラクタ・ダイオード部を中心周波数可変
    用バラクタ・ダイオードと周波数変調用バラクタ・ダイ
    オードで構成し、中心周波数可変用の直流電源、固定電
    源、周波数変調用交流電源および直流電圧を分圧する分
    圧器を具備し、前記中心周波数可変用バラ、フタ・ダイ
    オードには前記中心周波数可変用直流電源からの直流電
    圧を印加し、一方前記周波数変調用バラクタ・ダイオー
    ドには前記直流電源からの直流電圧と、前記周波数可変
    用交流電源からの変調信号と、前記中心周波数可変用直
    流電源からの直流電圧を前記分圧器によって分圧した直
    流電圧とを印加するよう構成し、前記中心周波数可変用
    直流電源の電圧が変化したときの周波数変調感度をはＳ
    ゛一定に保つことを特徴とする周波数変調回路。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の周波数変調
    回路において、前記中心周波数可変用バラクタ・ダイオ
    ードおよび前記周波数変調用バラクタ・ダイオードに対
    しそ、固定コンデンサを　′並列または直列に接続する
    ことを特徴とする周波数変調回路。
