By the way, in the process of treating the external surfaces of structures, such as preventing water permeation, which is considered to be the simplest work, the difficulty of completely completing the process without leaving any dovetail holes on the external surface of huge objects has been brought into sharp focus.

When a floating structure becomes large-scale, the bottom support temporary structures that are first installed during construction also become larger, and it is often difficult to perform external surface treatment after pouring concrete for the structure, especially painting, spraying, etc. on the outer surface of the bottom. The surface treatment had to be carried out facing upward, making it extremely difficult.

Therefore, the present invention provides a so-called PC that has undergone necessary surface treatment in advance.
The difficulty of surface treatment of the building frame is overcome by using concrete plate-like bodies called plates and by appropriately treating the joints between the concrete plate-like bodies.

As shown in the drawings, the method for constructing the bottom slab of a floating body made of reinforced concrete according to the present invention is as follows: When constructing a floating body made of reinforced concrete, first, structural members 1 2 . 1 Assemble the bottom support gantry 11 of the floating body by assembling 2'.

Next, in the conventional method, a formwork plate for concrete pouring would be temporarily installed on the bottom slab support 11, and reinforced concrete would be poured thereon, but the present invention uses a formwork plate for concrete pouring. Instead, a so-called PC board 13, which is separately prepared and whose surface has been subjected to surface treatment with required performance such as waterproofness, impact resistance, and abrasion resistance, is placed on the gantry 11 with an appropriate connection gap. Place directly.

As mentioned above, the present invention provides construction materials 1 2 , 1 2'...
After assembling ... into a desired shape and erecting the temporary support pedestal 11, a formwork 16 is temporarily installed between the pedestal materials 12' and 17 corresponding to the gap between the joints of the concrete plate 13, which have been previously shaped into a desired shape. Next, a concrete plate-like body 13 which also serves as a formwork is placed on the gantry 11 and has been subjected to the required external surface treatment in advance, and after that, a range concrete or the like is connected to the previously installed formwork plate 16. This is a method for constructing a bottom slab of a floating body, which is characterized by pouring a compound 17 and then pouring a predetermined concrete 18.

Therefore, since the outer surface of the bottom plate of a dog-shaped frame such as a purge or a floating dock constructed according to the present invention is covered with a concrete plate-like body 13 that has been subjected to an external surface treatment such as a PC board, the outer surface of the bottom plate is waterproof after the frame is constructed. There is no need to perform surface treatment such as treatment.

The concrete plate-shaped body 13, which has been subjected to external surface treatment in advance, is manufactured separately in a factory or the like, and the plate-shaped body is created by pouring ordinary concrete, and after demolding, it is turned over and the external surface is treated. When it is made by applying epoxy resin etc. upward,
Concrete A thin layer of resin concrete or resin mortar mixed with epoxy resin, etc. is placed on the formwork surface (concrete I/outer surface of the plate), then reinforcement is placed, and regular concrete is placed. There are cases where the concrete plate-like body 13 is formed by using the same.

In this way, the present invention does not perform surface treatment on the bottom plate of the concrete floating body after constructing it, but instead performs an external surface treatment on a concrete plate-like body shaped into a desired shape in advance, and then uses the concrete plate-like body 13 to form the mold. Since the concrete 18 is cast as a frame, it is possible to construct the bottom slab of a concrete floating body on the temporary support pedestal 11 without assembling a form board for the bottom slab as in the past, and the surface treatment of the bottom slab can be done easily. This method does not perform surface treatment after constructing the frame, but instead performs surface treatment on a concrete plate that is smaller than the frame manufactured in a factory, etc., making it easier to handle and achieving the required properties such as waterproofness, impact resistance, and abrasion resistance. Time reduction of surface treatment with the characteristics of
This not only makes it possible to reduce labor, but also enables high-quality surface treatment to be applied to relatively small plate-shaped objects in factories, etc., and also allows for a wider selection of treatment agents. There are advantages.

A PC manufactured in a factory with high-quality surface treatment like this
In the present invention, which uses a concrete plate-like body 13 that has been surface-treated in advance, such as a board, the concrete plate-like body that has been surface-treated is used as the outer surface of the frame, so only the connecting portions need to be carefully constructed on site. In this case, it is possible to eliminate the need for external surface treatment after pouring concrete at the bottom of the floating body, and even when connecting the concrete plate-like bodies 13 with reinforcing bars embedded in PC boards, suitable resin concrete 1 can be used.・、
By selecting and using a resin mortar or the like, it is possible to relatively easily and quickly construct the bottom of a floating body with desired characteristics on the outer surface of the body.

In constructing the bottom of the floating body, after the temporary bottom support pedestal 11 is erected, the work is only done on the PC board, which clarifies the work and facilitates construction management and safety management. Since it is not necessary to disassemble the board, it has various advantages such as simplifying the work.

It goes without saying that the concrete plate 13 is not limited to a prestressed concrete plate called a PC board, but may also be a precast concrete plate or other special concrete products preformed into a desired shape. For the time being, PC boards are a safe material in terms of strength, weight, etc.

The bonding agent is not limited to resin concrete or resin mortar, but when reinforcing bars appear in the gap, such as when connecting PC boards, resin concrete or resin can be used as a bonding agent that also fills the gap. Mortar is economical for the time being.
